Refunds & Transfer of Tickets

You may cancel event transactions at any time prior to midnight of the 6th business day after the date of the transaction. That means you have a week for cash refund.

No Exceptions to the refund policy will be made after 72 hours after each event that you purchase tickets to. Due to administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, materials printed, materials acquisitions, hotel contracts and all other business expenses incurred for a public event, following three business days, all event registration fees are a non-refundable purchase.

Transfers
Transfers tickets from one person to another for the same event is permitted with the following EXCEPTIONS:

In the Email please write your name and to whom your transferring your ticket too. We will NOT allow transfer of tickets at the event.

Failure to Attend
Failure to attend a registered event without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward the event registration. Failure to attend an event without prior notice no refund will be given.

Event Cancellation

In the event that MVP cancels an event refunds/transfers will be honored.

AREA leaders cancellation

When an MVP leader (point person in any given area) cancels an event then all tickets are transferable. No refunds will be given. This goes with out saying, that when an event is cancelled hotel deposits on the ballroom, room rentals, sleepers room and airfare are not refundable therefore our tickets are not refundable, but are transferable to a similar event.

Event Accommodations
All event pricing includes event tuition only. All food, travel and accommodation costs are not included in the event price unless specifically stated in writing by MVP World Wide, Inc Officer.

PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Learning Systems, Books and Programs
Any MVP World Wide product or print product (e.g. CDs, books, learning systems, etc.) in its original condition may be returned to MVP world wide, Inc for a full refund with in 14 days or Exchange within thirty (30) days from the original purchase. The original receipt or online order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

A missing item or damaged product fee of 15% will be applied to any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in “like new” condition). Any product that is returned without promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., Special Report, promotional CD) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
